24-Hour access will be granted to members only.

Guests and non-members are not allowed after Staffed Hours.

Staffed Hours

Monday-Thursday: 7:30am - 7:30pm
Friday: 7:30am-6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 1:00pm
Sunday: by appointment

Staff Hours are subject to change for Holidays and certain times of the year.

Please call in advance for change of hours around major holidays.

Located downtown at Demonbreun St. & 10th Ave.  We are behind the Frist Art Center and next to the Music City Center.

We are on the lower level of Cummins Station in Suite 149, beneath Avenue Bank.

Enter through main doors on Street Level and take stairs down one level. 

FREE PARKING

Please bring your parking ticket down to the gym, as we are happy to provide a 2-hour validation ticket.

There is ample parking in the parking lot across from Cummins Station. You may also park at the Gateway Parking Lot, next to the Flying Saucer Restaurant, and enter from the rear of the building on the first floor. 

After 2 hours, guests and members are responsible for additional parking fees. Meter parking is also available in front of the building.
